MP DF – 100 (new)
Man-Pack DF COMINT
System
OVERVIEW
Designed for use by ground
forces gathering intelligence in the
field, this light-weight, small footprint, high
performance DF COMINT system enables exceptionally
precise Interception and Direction Finding on a
range of frequencies, covering the entire
operational frequency band - from 25 to 3000 MHz.
Performing wide-spectrum scanning, the MP-DF 100
detects, locates, and monitors signals of
interest from specific
locations. All system components have been
extensively field-tested in difficult battle
conditions.
UNIQUE FLEXIBILITY
The MP-DF 100 can be
configured to operate in two main modes –
hand-held or man-pack. These modes are
differentiated by the size and type of their
antennas. This unique flexibility enables the
real-time selection of the right antenna for every
mission.
HAND-HELD AND MAN-PACK
MODES
The hand-held mode, which
uses a 90-degree front sector antenna and sum-null
DF, enables soldiers to locate nearby emitters by
advancing in the emitter’s
general direction and aiming
the sensor in the direction of the emitter
(”Homing”).
The man-pack mode, which uses
two types of small tripod-mounted antennas and
interferometer-based DF, enables mapping of the
direction and frequency of
existing emitters in the
area. This configuration, which includes GPS
capabilities integrated in the PDA, can be carried
in a specially-designed vest or backpack,
used as a stand-alone sensor
or remotely controlled.
SINGLE-SOLDIER TRANSPORT AND
OPERATION
The light-weight, low-energy
system can be easily transported by individual
solders, and can operate independently in the
field for several hours in a variety of
environmental conditions - including rain and
dust.
Hand-Held System Units
• Antennas - hand-held,
25-3000MHz coverage
• Receiver-processor - packed
into specially designed vest
• PDA - strapped to operator’s
hand
• Battery pack - packed into vest
• Battery charger

The smooth integration of all
system components enables The commanders, at all
tactical and strategic levels to convert the
quality intelligence information into optimal
decisions and operations.
An extremely flexible and
reliable communication system links all the
components. Based on a tactical communication
controller, it guarantees that each datagram will
reach its destination via the optimal path.
Each component can be
installed on an APC, a track, in a shelter or a
stationary structure - for optimal adaptation to
environmental constraints and evolving deployment
needs.
The major components of the
EWIS system are:
Electronic Warfare Command
and Control Center (C4I) Communication
Intelligence (COMINT) and Direction Finding (DF)
stations.
Electronic Intelligence
(ELINT) stations.
Jamming stations (ECM).
While each module is

applying state-of-the-art in-house technologies to
acquire and deliver vital information with the
speed and accuracy that are mandatory to confront
the challenges of today’s defense scenarios.

TAD GSM
200
Advanced Cellular Monitoring
System
The TAD GSM-200 is designed
for off-air reception of public land and mobile
telephony systems using GSM networks, intercepting
calls, monitoring and recording the information
exchange between the system’s Base Transceiver
Station (BTS) and Mobile Station (MS).
TAD GSM-200 is completely
passive and, therefore, undetectable. No
cooperation with the GSM network operator is
needed and neither the GSM operator nor the mobile
user can detect interception.
Applications:
TAD-GSM-200 can be used to
verify and/or alert the presence of defined
targets in a designated area, or of mobile
telephones generally in a room, a building or
other areas, such as security restricted zones,
disaster scenes, in jails or during bomb
alerts.
TAD GSM-200 anonymously
interrogates and extracts target IMSI and IMEI
numbers and transmits them to a call monitoring
center. Outgoing and incoming calls from/to an
interrogated target’s handset are automatically
intercepted, decoded and recorded.
