Tadiran
Electronic Systems offers comprehensive solutions
that support decision making at all echelons by
creating and presenting
detailed, continuously updated pictures of the
battlefield. Its battle management systems are used by all forces -
for maneuver (G3), battlefield surveillance (G2), fire support and
logistic management of combat participants. Tadiran Electronic
Systems artillery C4I systems have repeatedly
demonstrated their critical advantage in ground engagements.
The following systems comprise the newest
generation of a legendary family:
Divisional
Artillery Command and Control System (DACCS)
This system
assists artillery commanders through all levels
of command - division, battalion, battery to gun.
Used for battle planning and management,
DACCS
receives vital data from external sources such as
TPQ 36/7, UAVs, and meteorological sensors. A continuously updated
situation picture supports commander decisions. The system assures
reduced response time, less ammunition, and all the benefits of
being a true "force multiplier". DACCS has been supplied
to some of the worlds most sophisticated armed forces, the latest,
the Swiss Artillery.
Bombard Bombard is a battalion level C4I artillery system,
deployed from battalion command to gun levels.
It
is an invaluable asset in numerous tasks,
including battle planning and management,
operation and technical control, and ballistic
calculations.
Bombard interfaces with Target Acquisition
Systems such as the TPQ 36/7 meteorological
systems and others. The system is currently
operational in various international armed forces,
demonstrating excellent performance over extended
periods.
Additional C4I systems
These auxiliary systems assure highly effective battle management
for various command echelons including G3-OPS, G2-Intelligence and
Logistics.
Comprising building blocks
that incorporate state-of-the-art information
technology, the systems are tailored to the
specific needs and demands of the customer.
Occasionally, prior to supplying the actual
system, "pilot" systems are deployed in order to
crystallize exact customer requirements.
C4I for TBM (Tactical
Ballistic Missile) Defense Systems
Tadiran is a pioneer in the area of C4I defense
systems that counter Tactical Ballistic Missiles.
Over the past decade, the company has strengthened
its leadership position in formulating unique
solutions to answer the multifaceted demands of
this challenge.
An integral part of Tactical Ballistic
Missile Defense Systems.
The ITB is a real-time
simulator that recreates numerous battle
scenarios, enabling commanders to control, through
realistic simulation, vital defense activities.
The ITB is an ideal tool for formulating combat
doctrines. Its flexible configuration and
human-machine interface easily adapt to virtually
any customer demands. The ITB is currently used by
Israeli and U.S.defense forces.
Citron Tree
Battle Management Center
(BMC) for the Arrow Defense System
As designer and developer of the C4I center for
the Arrow Defense System, Tadiran Electronic Systems was responsible
for all hardware and software. System design was further enhanced
through testing on the ITB.
Today the Citron Tree
BMC is installed at the Arrow launch site.
Advanced
Communication Systems
Tadiran Electronic Systems delivers
integrated comprehensive, turnkey solutions answering the precise
demands of its customers. Based on the most advanced, innovative
wire, radio and satellite equipment, these systems have been supplied
to several countries, serving all echelons from the highest
command-level headquarters to front-line forces.
Tadiran's customers benefit
from ongoing support throughout the system
lifecycle.
IPPON is an advanced audio
distribution system for air force control centers,
ships, and headquarters that provides the operator
with remote radio usage, point to point and
conference calls to other users and telephony
services. It is based on COTS equipment and
standard infrastructure and uses standard VoIP
protocols.
Ground-based Reception
Stations for Airborne Platforms
Tadiran Electronic Systems
was a pioneer in the field of UAVs. Today we are
concentrating on developing the next-generation of
ground reception kits to process and distribute
data arriving from UAVs.
V-Star
is a unique, 3rd generation, multi-sensorcompatibleC4ISR
system for the buildup of real-timesituation awareness. Accessible to all
echelons, thesystem
enables fast decision-making and response byground combat soldiers as well as civilian
security, police, and border patrol units -
significantly shorteningthe
sensor-to-shooter loop.
Delivering
Powerful Data Processing in aPocket-Sized
Solution

Ruggedized
Tactical Remote Receiver System IN-TACT is a ruggedized, transportable
intelligence workstation that receives and
displays real-time video and telemetry data from
UAVs and other sensors and payloads. A variety of
picture and data manipulation tools are provided
to assist the intelligence officer in converting
raw data into graphical intelligence overlay on a
digital
map.
The battle Proven Shipborne
Receiving Station (SRST) represents the most
advanced technology for gathering and processing
imagery intelligence (IMINT)in real time. It is
already operational in several of the world's most
advanced armed forces. The system significantly
enhances commander capabilities to see beyond the
horizon. The SRS receives telemetry and video
images from airborne Aerial Vehicles (AVs
including UAVs, fixed and rotary wing aircraft,
etc. and displays them on a B/W video display
monitor. Frozen images can subsequently be
processed (off-line) and displayed on a
high-resolution color graphics monitor (OGD).
ICS -
10
This concept is adequate to any combatant
from fast attack craft to a large
frigate.
System sizing is depends upon ship type and
operational requirements.
The generic system includes large number of
radio links in HF, VHF, UHF and Satcom Bands in
both navy-army and civil areas, as well as in the
tactical and strategic fields, using fast,
accurate and secure state of the art voice and
data information.
The heart of the ICS is the communication
management & switching subsystem (CMS)
implemented by using ATM switches which integrate
internal and external communications to provide
maximum flexibility and optimal usage of the
communication system resources: such as Radios,
modems, cryptographic equipment, power amplifiers
antennas etc.
